Club and restaurant Seven47 hopes to drive traffic to Sunday brunch with new "racy" advertising.

The advertising which will run in Boyd Street Magazine for the rest of the month and can be found in the restaurant. The new advertising which promises a "happy ending to your weekend." was created in house by Brian Bogert and Hunter Mankin and with the help of the editors of Boyd Street Magazine.

Seven47 is a weekend night staple for many students and Norman natives. According to manager Hunter Mankin on a non-game day weekend 500-800 people visit the club on any given night. "I frequently go to Seven, it is my favorite place to be on a Friday or Saturday night" Byron Cottingham a petroleum engineering senior.

Seven47 has been located on campus corner since September of 05 has offered brunch since the opening. Hunter and the staff want people to know that Seven is more than a club "About a year ago we decided to change the way we make our food and improve the quality. The advertising is trying to make people aware that we offer delicious food including a Sunday brunch. " Mankin.

"I have seen the new advertising, but before then I didn't know that they had brunch. I will have to check it out." Cottingham.

Sunday is the only day that Seven47 is open and the only night that they are closed the brunch is available 10am - 3pm Sundays. The brunch offers a variety of items ranging from crepes, salmon and cream cheese bagel, omelets and my personal favorite, based purely on the name, Scotty's French toast.
